Our target group is young people aged 16-30 years old from rural areas in Teleorman county, like Rosiori de Vede or Troianul. Filiala Asociației Se Poate gathers volunteers, friends and youth workers with a common interest in sharing their personal and professional experience with exploring active young people in the area of non-formal education.
Young people in rural area play a vital role in the development and sustainability in their community, in Roșiori de Vede, Teleorman county. We want to facilitate the integration of young people into society, foster the cultivation of civic competencies and active citizenship. We want to provide them the opportunities to develop their personal and professional skills in their community, promoting active citizenship and social inclusion.
Filiala Asociației Se Poate has own a youth spate in Troianul, Teleorman county, Romania. From 15.02.2023, the partnership between the Town Hall of Troianul Teleorman, the ”Ion Preotu” Secondary School of Troianul, Teleorman and Filiala Asociației Se Poate, Roșiori de Vede, Teleorman was concluded, whereby the Town Hall offers the space for the next 5 years in which we will carry out our activity.

We are active in the field of non-formal education by organising educational events through young people, learning through intercultural events, personal and social development and promotion of young people through international volunteering programmes.
Our vision is to teach small local communities how to use non-formal educational methods such as learning through games, personal development techniques, outdoor activities and creative workshops in their daily activities.

Responsible for managing our public image, this department handles social media, content creation, and all visual communication. It aims to increase the visibility of our values and projects, while engaging and inspiring the community.

Human Resources
This team is in charge of managing our volunteers and members, ensuring their integration, training, and personal development. Their role is to maintain a harmonious and efficient environment within the organization.

Projects
This department focuses on planning, organizing, and executing various initiatives that align with our mission. From local activities to international collaborations, the Projects Department ensures everything runs smoothly and delivers meaningful impact.

Trainings
Focused on growth and learning, this department organizes workshops, seminars, and training sessions. It ensures that our members are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles and contribute effectively to the community.

Team Description and key competencies
Anca is the communication department coordinator at the Se Poate Association’s Branch. She handles everything related to visual content, social media, creation, and communication, aiming to increase the visibility of the association’s values and projects. Anca creates engaging, creative, and strategic content, inspiring young people in her community to get involved and bring positive change around them. When she’s not managing social media posts, she’s always looking for new ways to connect with people and learn more about herself.
She has been volunteering for 2-3 years and is actively involved in three associations. Through these experiences, she has developed skills in youth communication, public speaking, and teamwork. Her passions, besides graphic design and social media communication, include reading, Formula 1, and cooking. Although these interests may seem diverse, together, they define who Anca is.
Carla Filip Lazăr is the communication department coordinator at the Se Poate Association’s Branch. Carla is characterized by her creative nature and a strong passion for art, with a particular interest in makeup and literature. Throughout her work, she has participated in various significant projects, including “I Participate & I Decide” and the FLEP project, where she showcased her communication and organizational skills. Carla uses her creativity not only in her hobbies but also in her work, contributing to the development of a positive and innovative image for the association.
Cristina Voican is a third-year student at the Faculty of Biotechnical Systems Engineering, specializing in Applied Informatics in Environmental Engineering. Although she is deeply involved in a technical discipline, her true passion lies in NGO work and volunteer coordination, where she finds fulfillment working with people. Currently, she is the main coordinator of the Youth Space in Troianul, and through her active involvement in both the student association and the Se Poate Branch, Cristina continuously hones her leadership and communication skills. Volunteering allows her not only to give back to society and repay the support she has received, but also to contribute to creating a stimulating environment that fosters the growth and development of other young people.
Dănuț Alexandru Boangher is a graduate of the Virgil Madgearu Technological High School and is passionate about football, volunteering, and cooking. With a year and a half of volunteering experience, Dănuț has been actively involved in various community projects and initiatives, developing his collaboration and organizational skills. Currently, he is the main coordinator of the Youth Space in Troianul, where he uses his experience and energy to support young people and organize activities that aim to create a positive development environment.
Adelina Maria Călin is a 12th-grade student at the National College “Anastasescu” in Roșiorii de Vede, where she also serves as the president of the Student Council. For the past year, Adelina has been a volunteer at the Se Poate Association’s Branch, and for the past few months, she has been coordinating the project department. Her passions include traveling, volunteering, and cooking. For Adelina, volunteering has always been incredibly important, representing involvement and dedication – values she embraces with enthusiasm. She enjoys participating in volunteer activities because she believes it leaves a positive mark on her community, which is what matters most to her. Since middle school, Adelina has been active in various initiatives with a positive impact and best practices. Now, being part of the coordination team of the Branch, she considers this achievement a great joy and is always ready to take on new challenges.
Teodor has been a member of the Se Poate Association’s Branch for over a year, where, through active involvement and perseverance, he became a coordinator. In this role, he contributed to the development of the City’s Development Strategy and the best practices guide. He has also participated in Erasmus+ and CERV projects in different countries across the European Union. Since childhood, through ambition and discipline, he excelled in contact sports, becoming a multiple national champion in three of them.
Ioana Nicodin is an 11th-grade student at the National College “Anastasescu” in Roșiorii de Vede. Her passions include traveling, music, and cooking. Ioana became a volunteer at the Se Poate Association’s Branch a year ago, and she is now the coordinator of the human resources department. For Ioana, volunteering is an opportunity to develop both socially and intellectually. She believes that through involvement, she can have a positive impact on those around her and contribute to the growth of her community. Since middle school, Ioana has been drawn to projects involving helping others. Through her work with the Branch, she has gained new knowledge in this field, learns something new every day, and has become much more open in communicating with people. Ioana is ready for future challenges and is grateful for all the opportunities offered by the Branch.
Alexandru Dinu, known to his friends as Konan, is a rational person who pays close attention to the needs of those around him. He enjoys listening and helping, always ready to make a difference where needed. Currently, he coordinates the human resources department of the Branch, ensuring harmony and efficiency within the team. His volunteering experience has profoundly changed him, teaching him how important it is to offer support to others.
Bianca Elena Manea, 18 years old, is a 13th-grade student at the National College “Anastasescu.” At the Se Poate Association’s Branch, Bianca serves as the assistant human resources coordinator for Troianul and is the administrator of the Youth Space in Troianul. She is passionate about nature, animals, and space, and in her free time, she enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with her pets and friends. Bianca joined the Se Poate Branch a year ago, and this experience has brought her numerous opportunities: she made new friends, met cherished people, and participated in exciting activities while visiting new places. She is happy to be part of this wonderful team.
Anamaria Moisa is the President of the Se Poate Association Branch. She primarily serves as an EU Project Manager and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations and European Studies, along with a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management. Her key responsibilities include overseeing project management, monitoring, idea development, and leading the team of project managers within the Branch. Anamaria has been deeply involved in the research phases of EU projects and earned her accreditation as a certified Trainer in 2021. Thanks to her expertise and strong problem-solving skills, she offers comprehensive support to all organizational activities.
Denisa Antonescu is an 11th-grade student at the Theoretical High School “Alexandru Ghica” in Alexandria and a volunteer at Europe Direct Teleorman. She is passionate about reading and theater and serves as the coordinator of the Training Department, responsible for organizing and managing training sessions. Denisa works closely with the team members to structure training content in line with the goals of the activities and projects.
Andrei Ene, 25 years old, is an administrator at the Youth Space in Troianul and a volunteer at the Se Poate Association. Andrei graduated from the Virgil Madgearu Technological High School in Roșiorii de Vede and the Grigore Alexandru Ghica Military School for Sub-Officers in Drăgășani. He is a sociable, cheerful, ambitious, and motivated person with a great passion for traveling and being around young people. Andrei aims to actively contribute to the community’s development and support young people in their personal and social growth.
Adelina Maria Oprică, 15 years old, is a 9th-grade student at the National College “Anastasescu.” Passionate about animals, history, and acting, Adelina began her volunteering activity a year ago, and she currently serves as the administrator of the Youth Space “Se Poate” in Troianul. Her involvement in volunteering has had a significant impact on her personal growth, offering her the opportunity to meet new people and experience unforgettable moments. Adelina remains active and dedicated to her work, eager to contribute to the development of her community.
Dănuț Constantin Ene graduated from the Virgil Madgearu Technological High School and is currently the administrator of Youth Space in Troianul. In his role, Dănuț actively contributes to organizing and coordinating activities for young people, having a significant impact on their development within the community. He is a dedicated and responsible person, focused on creating an environment where young people can express themselves, learn, and get involved in constructive projects. Dănuț is motivated to support youth and contribute to their positive growth, being a role model in his community.
