Valeria-Maria Paraschiva is an EU project manager with a diverse educational background. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and Psychotherapy, and is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology in the Field of National Security. Valeria has undergone several nationally accredited training courses, including Public Relations and Communication Assistant, Resources Inspector, Participant Entrepreneurial Training Programme, and trainer courses. Her main responsibilities include project management, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, managing financial resources, implementing and evaluating training programs, and mentoring volunteers/students. In addition to her project management roles, Valeria has served as a trainer for over 100 courses, conducted workshops for children on financial education, and provided vocational counseling and career guidance to students at the University of Brasov.
